We require all students enrolled in our schools to be immunized in accordance with state law. We will verify your child’s immunizations at the time of registration.

REGISTRATION AND IMMUNIZATIONS
Welcome to our district! We’re happy to have you here and look forward to meeting you. Whether you’re new to the area or have a child ready for kindergarten, you’ll need to complete the registration process.
If you are ready to register your child, please visit the school’s front office to collect the appropriate paperwork. Be sure to bring the following items with you to register your child:
- Child’s original birth certificate
- Child’s Social Security card
- Immunization records
- Proof of residency
All incoming kindergarteners must be five (5) years old before August 1 of the current school year. Those who do not qualify may be able to enroll in our preschool program.
If you must withdraw your child from a JASD school, please provide your site administrator with as much advance notice as possible.
Students should return all books and pay all monies owed before leaving. Parents must sign a withdrawal form and submit a release of records request. With advance notice, our offices can create a packet of student records and have it ready for you to submit to your child’s new school to expedite their enrollment process.
